The Organizing Committee will take all kinds of necessary precautions and use the latest technology determined by FISU. Entrance for the vehicles will be through only one door and the persons accredited to enter Universiade Village can pass only through this entrance. At the entrance of the Universiade Village, the necessary security search will be done by the susceptible search vehicles. The transportation points will be illuminated for security purposes. The hotels in which the FISU family, press and referees stay will be kept in utmost safety. In the entrance and exists, there will be barriers and over-sensitive detectors. All fields of contest will be kept safe for 24 hours by the help of the most developed security systems.

Erzurum is a safe place where there is no incident of a crime committed against tourists. Security in Erzurum will be handled by the city police. Gendarme will also help the police. Local police organization will be in contact with the General Directory of the Police Security which will be supported by the center if necessary. The sporting areas will be checked by completely electronic systems and the patrol troops and people on duty will be ready for the mission in the sporting areas. All security precautions will be led by the center that will be reformed. This unit will also be in contact with the Organizing Committee and the FISU if required. An arrangement of security will be done according to the FISU regulations. According to this plan, missions will be delivered to all related units, and Winter Universiade will be carried out safely.
